Anybody else have trouble trying to enter your psn? It just loading and errors

Brehs, my quad straight bricked after an hour of trying to connect to PSN. Been on the phone ALL day trying to get customer service. Finally got them and they tell me between 30 and 60 days to get a replacement. I have defective unit replacement order #579. Its real out here.
