it won't read any of my discs

I got Mlb 14 the show just last month. disc is clean af too and it's unreadable

when I got infamous second son on release day I had to return it to the store and get another copy because the first one I got was faulty. Popped in my infamous disc for the first time in 2 months and ps4 can't read it

2k, fifa don't work either. shyts useless and the discs are in great condition too smh
