Yeah I think the 18th is the “cover our asses” date. We probably won’t get a real update until the cards finally process.

Target just updated one of my orders. My charging station was scheduled to arrive on the 13th this morning and it just updated a few minutes to arrive tomorrow. Like @Golayitdown said, I think we'll get the updated date for the consoles once the cards are actually processed. We might get them day one or Friday.

why does everyone need a charging station? can't you just plug your controller via USB to the system and then charge? i have a power cord with a USB port, is that enough? i only plan to have one controller, sohh, do i need a charging dock?

I'm gonna have two controllers to start, might end up with more than one. There's only one USB-C port, so unless I want to dig out an A to C cable, only one's charging at a time. And I've got mine set on a side table next to my couch so it's grab and go. Also don't feel like having controllers sitting on my entertainment center.
