I'm going to say a lot of men have the same feeling on this but there's only a few willing to say what it is.
No women can't really be pastors, the men don't respect it. That's going to be the main problem in that situation. Women can speak on the Word of God and be given a platform especially among women, but the leader position is always a man's.

This goes back to what God told all of us in the Garden of Eden.

Some would say that Christ redeemed us from that curse. Being the second Adam and all.

I would say that it is better to cite the verse that women are to be quiet in church.

But then I would question if that is theological truth or culture speaking?

Hard to tell.

But another theological truth that may trump that.... “In Christ, there is neither male or female...”

There's laws on this earth set up by God.

The part about there not being male or female is a progressing process. We see in the physical realm that there's male and female. But right now we're in the process of being saved. When we become fully saved and have our eternal bodies when God's Kingdom takes over is when that scripture will be fully implemented. There will not be male or female in God's Kingdom. There will be no need for reproduction in His Kingdom.

Do y’all think that Satan knew that Jesus was coming back?

He knew Jesus was going to rule over a kingdom and he thought it was when Jesus came the 1st time.

1 Corinthians 2:5-8 KJV
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. [6] Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: [7] But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: [8] Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

He definitely knows he is coming back. The starting point is the Rapture. Afterwards everyone knows the tribulation (Jacob's trouble) lasts 7 years.

Brehs do you think women can be pastors?

Jesus, Paul, and Peter, thought so and there are multiple instances of women teachers/leaders in the OT (Deborah, Anna, Miriam, Noadiah, etc.)

Anyone stating they can't is cherry-picking and, according to the WHOLE text, wrong.

There's laws on this earth set up by God.

What you posted was a curse. Not a law.

But right now we're in the process of being saved.

“It is finished.”

When we become fully saved and have our eternal bodies when God's Kingdom takes over is when that scripture will be fully implemented. There will not be male or female in God's Kingdom.

We don’t have to wait..

“....Thy Will be done on Earth as it is in heaven...”

So you think God didn't know what was going to happen and set parameters?

"It is finished" applies to Jesus'work on the earth....

The final state of God's Kingdom hasn't come yet ... that's why you pray "Thy Will be done, Thy Kingdom come"......

You are anticipating the Lord's Kingdom finally coming to earth and taking over the world. The other gods' kingdoms will be put to an end. We live in a world where there are other beings trying to fight God's Kingdom.

We're in times of spiritual famine and it takes a fight to avoid becoming lukewarm and apathetic because Satan has so many deceived that it almost feels like you are talking to a wall at times. The key is to realize that not everyone can and will be saved, but that's not the mission God has given to you. For those who have ears to hear, meaning that not everyone will hear. The majority are spiritually blinded, but you are to still preach the Word and bring as many as you can into the fold, even if it's only a few.

As I get older and more in tuned I'm very careful in what I do. I no longer listen to secular music. I watch what I watch on tv/movies. I don't go to places I used to go. I try to live like if God came back right now I wouldn't want to have some girl winding up on me, drunk in bed with a girl I picked up that day etc.

Life is short brehs and you never know when it might be your last day
