I'm going to say a lot of men have the same feeling on this but there's only a few willing to say what it is.
No women can't really be pastors, the men don't respect it. That's going to be the main problem in that situation. Women can speak on the Word of God and be given a platform especially among women, but the leader position is always a man's.
This goes back to what God told all of us in the Garden of Eden.
Some would say that Christ redeemed us from that curse. Being the second Adam and all.
I would say that it is better to cite the verse that women are to be quiet in church.
But then I would question if that is theological truth or culture speaking?
Hard to tell.
But another theological truth that may trump that.... “In Christ, there is neither male or female...”
