Scrolled through the thread to see if anyone else mentioned her. Surprised she isn’t getting more love. I thought she was the best actor in the series. Good character and the way she went out made the most sense.

I was rooting for her probably more than anyone else.

The main character could’ve just jumped off the third column when he got there and left the baby and her father to win if he planned to do what he did in the end anyway. Why leave a baby alone with a bunch of psychos after his speech about making sure it’s safe.

Only thing I didn't like was 456 still tryna have faith in all these greedy fukks when they've all shown how selfish they were and didn't care that he was trying to save them. To the field paying off their debts was worth more than anything he was talking about. Even when he finally had someone he actually wanted to kill he was still hesitant

Pretty much my whole issue with season 3. Show went to complete shyt once they got to the last game. None of his decisions made any sense and It completely takes you out of moment.


Also guard 11 storyline was a complete waste of time. she’s had no real involvement in the core plot nor was there a resolution to the search for her daughter.


The alternate ending where Gi-hun reunites with his daughter in the U.S. and then spots the American recruiter should have been the ending to season 1. Opens the door for a spinoff without needing to drag his arc out any further.

Good point. I just think it would’ve been a cleaner transition if Gi-hun’s role shifted to more of a witness or symbol of what’s coming next, rather than dragging him back into another game.

I would have preferred gihun meeting his daughter as well, he was definitely a flawed character. He literally had 3 years since he won to visit his daughter

The boy is Sae-byeok's brother. Sae-byeok is the girl that died at the end of season 1 before the final round; Sang-woo stabbed her in the neck. The old woman is Sang-woo's mom. Gi-hun left Sae-byeok's brother in her care at the end of season 1. They were shown again briefly in season 2.

At the airport, he was reunited with his and Sae-byeok's mom. They got separated after escaping North Korea.
