Basically, I wasted my money coppin' Tekken 6.
I didn't like the graphics, and I didn't get my money's worth out of the game because it started messing up one of my PS3s. I didn't get serious with the game, and didn't take the time out to get good in it.
Now I prefer VF and the change in the style between these two games makes it hard to juggle both of them (because I really am not going to stop playing VF) so I was skeptical about getting Tekken at full price.
Breh, I haven't bought a game at full price in like over a year. Maybe longer. So I'm going against the code in copping this when I'm not overly hyped about it. I'm doing it because the VF base of players is really low, and I know Tekken will have a bigger scene out here in my area as far a tournament goes.
I want to start making money with this hobby. If VF was poppin' all over and I could enter local tourney's around my way, I wouldn't be getting TTT2 on launch day.
You don't seem to like the Tekken series at all why even buy the game? Just rent it.

Gears 3 was a birthday gift, I got BF3, Uncharted 3 and Batman AC in a buy 2 get 1 free deal, all the other games I've bought since have been either on sale for cheap or DLC (VF5:FS)

Nah, I like Tekken. But I never took the time out to get dope in it like VF.
Yeah if you want to make money you gotta play whatevers poppin the most. if you want to make good money, you gotta juggle multiple fighting games breh. it really aint that hard. especially when strategies in one game carry over to the next that some people might not even think to do

This tournament in Cleveland in a few weeks has a 5K pot for SF4 and a 5K pot for Marvel.
TTT2 is going to be at minimum 1K
VF isn't even in the shyt. As much time as I spend playing fighting games, I might as well play something that I can win some nice change in.

How exactly is Tekken to blame for killing your PS3 tho, lol!? Tekken isn't exactly Uncharted in terms of system resource usage.

A sponsored buddy of mine, that plays all fighting games like myself, dropped everything a few months ago to focus on MK and Tekken. MK apparently had the most money in it and he was just getting his game up for TTT2. That TTT2 pot gonna quintuple soon enough. That, DOA5 and P4A are the future breh. Gotta pick at least one
and remember Pai was on the disc files for DOA, so your VF skills might still get you somewhere
It's just the game that had the most glitches and artifacts showing when it started dying I guess.
It wasn't trippin' before I got that game, but the system was prolly gonna be gone anyway.
