all i gotta say is if you basically have to rely on doing juggles if that's what you call it in order to win then you might as well spam moves then. it's obvious that the person doesn't really know how to play so they're trying to go the easy way out. i can't stand that sh!t.

It's not about having to rely on it, as there's more to the game than that, but utilizing all methods of attack to your advantage. Something that a lot of folks don't realize is that it's not only about jugglig or only about any one specific thing anyways, as there's plenty other aspects of the game and you'd be a fool and selling yourself short of bein good at the game by totally denouncing any of its integral gameplay mechanics.

to me it sounds like you just need to work on your spacing and defense if your getting hit by the same move over and over.

nikka go play with Princess Peach on Smash Brothers or something. Tekken is a MAN'S GAME... "bu bu but they keep kicking me.. wont let me up"

go get in a real fight.. see how many times the guy you scrapping lets you "recoup"

i agree with the defensiveness and using the game to your advantage but at the same time, i think that that aspect of the game is broken. it's hard to know when someone if going to do a low attack or a high one. i think the blocking system on the game is very flawed too.

Totally agree with this. This shyt isn't grounded in rules like boxing so folks shouldn't have that approach for the game.

What's your PSN btw? I saw GG invited you in my room one time a week or so ago, but you got conked out or something and I tried to add you, but it said you had too many friends.

Imma have to disagree with you there. How is the blocking flawed!?

And being hard to know which way to block an attack is just a part of owning the game/characters and/or having quick reflexes.

if defense isn't your thing then work on counter hitting jump in training mode and find out which of your moves stuff's your opponents move like asukas string where she spins while kicking and punching you a low jab interrupts that every time.

it's flawed to the extent where if you let's say press the directional button in any way, it'll cause damage to you. the way to block is by just standing still or in the position of the attack. the thing is.. how do you know that the attack won't aim low or what the opponents going to do in a combo?

i think tekken 2 and tekken 3 and even tekken 4 is better than this sh!t in the game play sense. this game is pretty much easy for the people that are all about winning cheap and etc. it never used to be like that back in the day. even the cpu was more skilled than these weak ass fighters.

yeah, i know how the blocking system works and you pretty much have to know all the moves in order to really fully use it. yeah, i'm a tekken og. you probably started playing since tekken 5 or 6. you can't tell me sh!t.

Fishing for the juggle is just a part of life in this game.

It is the most consistent way to do continual damage. As I explained to other folks pages ago, all the preset "combos" in the game are really just strings. And anyone that is familiar with fighting games in general and 3D fighters even moreso specifically should be able to grasp that concept. Some of the rookies truly don't get that tho and think they're a lot better at some of these games than they really were from growing up playing these games against folks that also similarly did not know the game as well.
