So what's next on the list? I'm looking at atptour and I see Hamburg, Atlanta and D.C coming up. Then Montreal/Toronto, Cincinnati and US Open.

Fed fans..we need Stan to return to form :damn: he was the only one that gave Novak fits. He had to beat prime Novak to win all 3 of his GS titles

Man the way these seeds are going to play out, Novak won't be touched until he goes against Rafa or Fed in the finals :wow:.

Medvedev being 8th in the points race for 2019 is a damn joke. At least RBA got a Wimbledon SF on his resume. 4th rd, 1st rd, and 3rd rd is Medvedev's GS finishes this year :mjlol:
So disappointing man. We need Stan to return to form and Del Po to get healthy. And Anderson fell off the planet somehow.

Who was it that talked about winnings demotivating players? Zverev is already 26th all-time in career winnings at over $17 million and the farthest he's made it in a major is the quarters twice at the French. :francis:

It's sad we're talking about a bunch of guys 30+ as needing to return to form instead of guys in their 20s. :smh:
Yeah it's sad but the current Nadal/Djokovic/Federer also is exceptional and they are burying the current gen unfortunately. It reminds me of French football team of 1996/1998. They won the World Cup and then the Euro and they got to live off that till the 2006/2008. But during those 10 years, most of the good players that were coming up and could have gotten in the team if not for them never got any chance.

Sports are unfair like that but tennis got reaaal unfair with the big 3. Their quality is so high that the current big 3 will most likely end up as 1, 2 and 3 pushing out guys like Borg, McEnroe and Sampras who up until a couple years ago had some legitimacy being in it. The very fact that these dudes are at these levels, playing classic matches well into their 30s is mind blowing. Plus, we need to add that they all started winning super early in their careers too.

I was a Sampras stan growing up (I modeled my serve after his :lolbron:) but past 30, dude was almost done at elite level. Same with McEnroe, Borg or Lendl. Agassi and Connors got to be relatively successul well into their 30s but not as high as the big 3. I mean I think all 3 at least have 5 finals in all GS :mindblown:.

People really calling Nadal a one surface wonder as if he hasn’t been to multiple finals on every surface. Injuries have clearly taken a toll on him though. He doesn’t physically dominate people anymore.

It goes to show you just how dominant he is on Clay. Nadal is pretty much a lock for the French Open for the next 5-6 years barring any major injuries. Joker and Federer have only won the French Open once

i won't say all that. He only has issues with a few: Fed, Novak, and sometimes Nick. Everyone else is easy money for him
