i won't say all that. He only has issues with a few: Fed, Novak, and sometimes Nick. Everyone else is easy money for him

I think he has improved parts of his game to shorten points. Like his serve was very good last year AO.

I predict someone outside the top 3 will win the US Open this year
US will be the first place the big 3 lose their grip. Historically, they are the least successful there (Delpo 2009, Cilic 2014, Stan 2016)
