lol Sinner taking the 1st set, didn't see it but Alcaraz is not serious at times

That last game he was gifting away points like its Christmas, he can be his own worst enemy

If he's going to play like this then yeah he's letting Sinnner in for no reason

To confidently say Sinner wasn't going to win a set is absurd, no matter if they are on clay or not.

I'll still take Alcaraz this match, but that is absurd.

I could never say that with these two and at the level they play. And, Alcaraz has the tendency to make some poor decisions and mental lapses for me to say straight sets.
I thought dude would be locked in because he knows what's on the other end but clearly not :patrice:

I'm pulling for Alcaraz, but I think if we are all hoping for a five set match, it was best to see Sinner win that first set.
Yeah, if Alcaraz took the first then I'd see him taking it in straights but he was very generous there

Lets see if he lives to regret it

That is why I wasn't counting Sinner out, other than him being the top ranked player in the world.

Alcaraz is sensational and will make plays that no one else can make, but he also makes those decisions where he can make is much simpler and makes it too difficult for himself. Just look at that last game where he had an easy shot and hit it out.

Alcaraz's focus/energy dipped tremendously in this match

Had a feeling it was Sinner's gameplan. Just be efficient and capitalize on Alcaraz's errors

Level Alcaraz is bringing is not up to par, Sinner got out of that early bind and Alcaraz has dropped off a cliff

Critical set now potentially

His return today has been trash

I haven’t followed Sinner closely. Was the juicing thing really an accident, or is he considered a juicer/cheater by the press, fans, competitors?

Alcaaraz missed 8 2nd serve returns in the first 6 games

That is comical returning
