2019 was supposed to be the year but his body gave out again. All those deep runs in the 2000s killed his body later in his career.

It'll be interesting to see what happens to Alcaraz and Sinner physically if they're in every Slam final for the next three years or so (or nearly every Final).

Carlos has already dealt with quite a few injuries...so I believe physically with his style of play he might be done by his early 30s which would be a shame but in line with what we've historically seen from players before the Big 3.

I agree, I don't think his game will age so well all the explosive movements and hard hitting takes its toll especially when you're comepting for everything year in and year out and like you said he's already struggled with injuries at this age.

With Sinner I think when some of these young dudes beocme more of a challenge and make him play longer sets especially best of five with the way he hits the ball it could also be a case of breaking down by around late 20's and early 30's

Their other true rival of those two may not even be on the scene yet.

Osaka vs Raducanu in the second round at DC ... Big chance for the winner to get some momentum going into the US Open :ehh:

Osaka is fried mentally. I'm also really disappointed in Emma how she blew two 4-2 leads against Saba at Wimbledon. 4 Majors on hardcourt has to favor Osaka though.

She’s so wildly inconsistent. These the type of tournaments she should be advancing to the QF or SF to improve her rankings but she just will randomly bottom out in the 1st or 2nd round
I know. I felt bad for her lol.
