You could tell Carlos was hellbent on not playing any extended points against Sinner...soon as he got a ball to unload on, he did.

Served probably the best of his entire career too....absolutely a scarier performance than the French final where he left earth. The USO performance can be replicated far more easily. Real scary times for the tour.

Carlos' win this weekend is close IMO, between packing Novak out like :flabbynsick: and then turning the tables on Jannik after a few mediocre results on the hard courts

Or Madison Keys going thru Iga then Big Lenka in the final two matches to finally get the monkey off her back

Fritz beat Alcaraz in straight sets today at Laver Cup with Agassi coaching him. An exhibition match for sure, but I thought it was interesting.
