this seems to be a bit much...I mean the man's got family back home & unless he was friends with Putin directly, I don't see what this does other than put his family & friends back in Russia in danger.

Also a bit hypocritical consider the ties Wimbledon has with the British family who has been doing the same thing as Putin for centuries

The "West" is the most detestable POS that the world has seen since they started accumulating their power. These group of nations think all of human history belongs to them and they can set and create dictates they themselves will never abide by or tolerate. Flat-track bullies and gangsters. Putin is no saint but he was 100% right about them.

The problem with playing the big 3 is they never get tired, they're always there... Omnipresent. I remember back in the day Sampras was finished in his early 30's. He won his last major at age 31.

You have Djokovic, Nadal and Federer out-running world class players a decade plus younger than them into the ground and outlasting, outbaselining and outgrinding them physically. You have to wonder sometimes.

Those three are on another level of mental toughness and competitiveness.

Medvedev is the best of the next generation of guys and the way he folded/choked against Nadal in the AO Final was embarrassing. Nadal was ready to roll over and go home and he completely locked up for two and a half straight sets. Never seen anything quite like that although the Tsitipas FO meltdown was really bad too. He didn't recover from that until this year's AO.

Any Slams these guys win (Med, Zverev, Thiem, Sissy, Tini...feel like I'm forgetting one or two...I don't count Alvarez and FAA with them) I'm not gonna view the same.
