The money is set to be used to build a 26-storey building that has been described as being “multi-residential” and “energy-efficient.”

The investment is part of the federal government's plan to “build stronger communities, create jobs, and grow our middle class, while supporting vulnerable Canadians and helping end homelessness.”
The announcement is part of the Rental Construction Financing Initiative, which supports new rental housing builds across Canada.
The initiative aims to provide low-cost, insured loans to developers and cities where more rental housing is needed.
sounds like another regent park about to be built.
why they don't just make it law to allot an x amount of units to every condo made to be for affordable housing that way you don't get the concentration of poverty which breeds a certain element....

80 percent fully vaccinated by August. They making money off this ignorance
I always say its so easy to stop the violence in rap. Stop promoting the filth, I remember growing up toronto/canada hiphop was like choclair, maestro, jellestone, kardinal offishal, k-os, raskalz, bless, saukrates, swollen members etc. and the only "gangsta" group that was kind of known was point blank
but everyone got along with everyone made songs together, the music was fun to listen to etc.
Now what toronto/canada hiphop is straight disgusting, stop glorifying this ish, stop putting these artists on billboards and giving em profiles.
