What if staying near the airport, is it hard to get into the city by transit :lupe:

The airport is too far. The metro doesn't go out there. There is a 747 bus that leaves from the aiport though, and that bus runs pretty frequently but it's a pretty long ride from there to downtown. I live in Pointe-Claire which is a bit west of the airport and it takes me about 30 mins to drive downtown

Who has done the Toronto to Montreal drive, was going to take the train but cheapest fare I saw was like 250 , so eff it might as well drive.

never been to toronto oddly enough. i know a guy he does the drive about once a month. i think he told me it's about 6 or 7 hours. not sure though. he tells me it's pretty smooth overall.

@Emperor_ReinScarf i drove up there last month. Stayed at ALT Hotel...which is the one off of Viscount drive by the airport.

drive back was like 4-4:30hrs. Montreal was nice. I can't remember the spots we went to, but u gotta check out "old montreal".

that's all i can remember off the top of my head atm.

The 192 Airport rocket goes to Terminal 1 and 3 and takes passengers to Kipling Station via the highway 427.

I was talking about a shuttlebus in Montreal, but I know the one your talking about. I have a friend who's taken the 192 Airport Rocket on a few occasions.
