I mentioned this yesterday... We always hear about Chicago having a train car full if guns left wife open in the hood. shyt I've probably heard that story flipped to many cities and urban areas in America. Well it just happened here. Thats a lot of guns to flood the streets and cause absolute havoc. A lot of different crews can fully arm themselves with this type of cache. And low key this story was swept under the rug.

Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos is expected to announce major changes to the border measures designed to counter to the spread of the Omicron variant of COVID-19 at 1 p.m. EST.

Currently, the government advises against all non-essential international travel because of the threat posted by the Omicron variant.

Foreign nationals coming to Canada and people travelling within the country by plane, passenger train or boat must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with few exceptions.

Right now vaccinated international travellers are subject to COVID-19 test requirements before they cross the border, and potentially again once they arrive at a Canadian airport.

Travellers who have been outside Canada or the United States are also required to quarantine until their post-arrival test comes back negative.

Duclos suggested at a news conference last week the measures would be tweaked, saying the worst of the Omicron wave is now behind us.

Predictable.

Mark my words, this entire story will be pinned on him. The senior officers already hated him and were in open revolt from Day 1. They will now claim the reason they didnt clear the protest is Sloly. Politicians will accept it because it keeps scrutiny off them. Residents will also accept it and OPS will go back to business as usual by a year max :mjlol:

black man like they ain't going to blame this on me :blessed:
too late, look at CBC going the Toronto Sun route and quoting "unnamed sources" claiming he was an unhinged bully:

https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/sloly-ottawa-resigns-behaviour-leadership-1.6352295

Multiple sources have told CBC News that Sloly allegedly belittled and berated senior Ottawa Police Service officers in front of their colleagues, and has failed to put forward a solid operations plan to end the crisis.

Sources say he allegedly has come into conflict with members of the OPP and RCMP tasked with assisting the city's law enforcement efforts during the crisis.

T.O.

I remember when Saunders who is basically Burrell and Sloly was Cedric Daniels ran for Toronto Police Chief job and the Police Association membership and union president openly lobbied for Saunders punk ass.

Sloly made the right move, let the crackers clean up their own mess, he's got a cushy post police career path not worth the headache.
