nah there is already a program - The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) is the province’s economic immigration program. It works in partnership with the Government of Canada through Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

considering ontario can nominate people to become PR, they are blowing it Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP)

Doctors are paid less in the UK too. Lowering barriers for hiring foreign trained nurses/doctors probably means lower wages in long run. Which is why no union/association representing nurses or doctors really supports this.
