exactly why the verdict is proper. they charged him for everything after the initial 3 shots; thus the attempted murder and not the first or 2nd murder charge.
as stupid as it sounds, no cop really wakes up hoping to kill someone in the line of duty. Forcillo did what was necessary and what he was trained for during for the first 3 bullets that left his clip, everything else after that was excessive. nikka shot a dude that was off the shyts
