Nah none of my uncles or my dad is a cab driver so i couldnt careless.

Only southern somali nikkas like @FAH1223 are cab drivers

They generally have horrible customer service and no incentive to change because they "had" a monopoly.

In all this hoopla I haven't yet heard them mention improving service or addressing complaints and they are still turning down short fares downtown even though that was made illegal

Fukk em. It's just business, adapt and change or get left behind as people latch on to better options.

Last week I locked my key in my car so I had to take a cab home first taxi driver refused to take me, dudes pick and choose who they want to give rides too
