Merry Christmas everyone
He needs to resign. There's no way he has a chance of winning after all of the goodwill he burned. Plus, I don't think he can win votes outside of Ontario, BC and Alberta. Our current political climate is sad because none of these candidates inspires people to vote. I feel all of our candidates need to step down and let somebody better lead.

My mom's took me there to live as a baby because that's where all our Japanese family was, and I guess she wanted to start over after her and my dad divorced. She had us on a plane coming right back less then 3 months later. Mind you this was 1983 or so, but naw. We came back to Toronto asap

Haven't they all been small malls? Not the big boys: Yorkdale, eaton centre, Fairview, Scsrborough town?.... I thought they were in those small malls like Eglinton Sq at Vic Park n Eglinton type malls..
Fairview
Markville
Hillcrest
Those are decent sized malls

Gord Perks looks like an iguana

I also ran this through chatgpt and got a a balanced result that mentioned this:

General Rule of Thumb

  • Tear Down: Often cheaper upfront but doesn't account for rebuilding costs.
  • Conversion: More expensive initially but can save on materials and take advantage of existing structures.
