I bought the crib in Aug 2014 for $495,000

That muafukka is going for $620 now

:dead:

If trend continues then you will probably break even within 5-7 years,, which isn't too bad :wow:

i'm too early in my career to be thinking of purchasing a home / condo right now. looks too risky.

1600 a month is a NICE ass condo with TWO washrooms, damn. Why aren't they getting $500 basement apartments? What's Trudeaus end game here? Syria is his pockets or something?‎

@Luken

Akbar living better than us , no debt, 1,600 a month apartments. Government subsidies and handouts.

The problem with the Chinese coming in to buy prperty in the big cities(mostly Toronto and Vancouver, but Montreal its happening to as well)
i that most of the time NO ONE is living in the place. Its just there to park money away from the Chinese Government.
Same thing is starting to happen in the states more. But Canada doesn't have the same RE laws so they are getting fukked over even more.

Off topic though....I've always hated Toronto slang.

wtf is up with that shyt? guy? huh guy? why you doing that guy?

:heh: get married and grind

me and the wifey moved to Ottawa, were on our fourth year living in a one bedroom apartment, stacking dough and pouring it into the market

you make 3-4 gs a month, wifey makes 3-4 gs a month, your monthly expenditure is less than $3000, you stacking $4000+ a month

Save $48,000 in a year, drop $3000 for your property tax, set aside $1000 for car maintancne, $3-4000 for vacations

That's still $40,000 a year in savings

By the time we come back to Toronto next year, after five years away, with our savings and real estate appreciation, our student debts paid off (5 degrees between the two of us), a significant contribution to my parents home, and over $200,000 down payment on the next house

Find a good fukking woman, marry her, make plans, and grind

make 3 yr and 5 yr plans

Now keep in mind, Im 32...age plays a role...

damn breh ... i'm jealous. i don't what you meant by 32 but that is still pretty young to me. im in my early 20s so finding a level headed chick out of the thicket of bird brains i'm dealing with is already issue enough.

i save like a fiend, but im only one person so it doesn't accumulate as much.

but yah breh, keep on kicking game. you should start a blog or something. i would gladly read it since you are from around these parts and are a success story.
