Drugs are drugs and laws are laws, but there are varying degrees of seriousness...like, a petty thief won't get the same amount of jail time as a grand theft criminal. Sure, they're both stealing, but one is considered a more serious crime than the other.

In your example their is say under 5,000 and over 5,000 in terms of a thief.

Just like for drugs there are different schedules in the ccriminal code. Marijuana not a bad drug in your eyes is a maximum of 3 years imprisonment for possesion for possession.

It's not even about my opinion, just that marijuana is more socially acceptable.

I don't have a problem with Ford as a Mayor, but instead of him focusing on city matters, he's busy doing press conferences surrounding all this drama...and the reality is, I'm not sure he can come back from this...because the media will always bring it up.
