I had to travel from Main and Kingston rd to Lakeshore and Islington a few weeks ago. Why did it take me 2 hours on a Wed afternoon at 4pm? One of the biggest problems is tearing down the Gardiner on ramp on Lakeshore. It causes a huge bottleneck at lower Sherbourne, and nobody knows how to merge/zipper. Takes an hr just to get on the highway. Same with getting off at Jameison sometimes.
They need to adjust the lanes under the Gardiner on ramp and make it 2 lanes merging into one lane at the last 100 meters. Also keep traffic officers down there enforcing people not to merge early and fukk it up. If people actually zippered properly traffic wouldn't be so bad. That and all the construction...

I can tell you a OG like me hasn't been called wild water kingdom in like 10 years
traffic is horrible everywhere in the GTA. Worst thing is major intersections with a short left turn signal, always a idiot on the other side whose in the lane
