i was hanging out with my drunk real estate boy until the wee hours of the morning yesterday, no homo and he let me use his listing software to poke around

this gta housing shyt is REAL:dwillhuh:

i thought my subdivision was rinky dink but in the last 2 years alone, 14,300 units have sold. That software only lets you see people who have sold their house with an agent so just imagine the people have bought brand new from the builder as well.


one of the shyttiest houses in my area sold for 598 in the last year:ohhh:


if the basement gets finished, mine can probably sell for 725:picard::wow:

first time buyers,nikkas and young people in toronto etc dont even have a chance anymore in this real estate climate:wow::francis::mjcry::patrice::what:

fukk i look like moving out of my house to pay someone elses rent or pay a mortage on a house that costs more than 800k and is smaller than my current:hhh:

forget whatever these girls are saying about men and houses, ill wait a little bit.

I went to Toronto in 2015 and was staying in the downtown area in a hotel. But I was walking around and saw a ton of lux condo buildings under construction and was wondering who the fukk wasn't gonna fill all of these shyts. Had a cab driver tell me that it was either gonna be foreign $ or them shyts would stay empty/go for rentals. But with those numbers you're throwing out, seems like the market is alive and well.

Thinking about moving out of the bay area to toronto, thoughts on neighborhoods on the come up in urban toronto (not sauga, etc). Would be cool to have public transport like 5 mins walking distance to get downtown. Looking to get a house/garage if possible. Price would need to be under a mil.

yeah,if your a home owner in the gta, your blessed right now. especially sauga, brampton, etobicoke area and of course Toronto itself.

we bought our house in in 2005 for 250 now its worth around 650:damn:, where the fukk does this inflation and fluctuation come from :mindblown:

we need more representation and influence in this easy ass field:damn:

do you know what 2.5% of anything over $600, 000 is?:damn:

thats $15,000:damn: for just getting a house sold:damn: which it will since people are buying up any and everything:damn:

that mean the realtors in the affluent neighborhoods where the houses are greater than 1 mil are making 25k a flip:gucci:

You could sell your house and buy 2 or 3 houses down the road in London.

YOu could buy 2 and have cash left over lol

No im not. I put in a lot of work to get to where i am which includes work and education and a move to the united states to make bank in american dollars. The experience ive gained will lead me to some good paying jobs in the future. Plus ive been lucky with my work opportunities so not trying to say it was all me luck is huge.

Market is competitive though, many aren't getting any listings. But it's crazy, I'm surprise the industry isn't lowk travel agents yet


Real estate agents do nothing ,. Whether your crib is 3 mill or 100k they get the same 2-3 percent

But we are screwed breh, not to mention you need 20percent down on a crib over 500k, which is 100,000

First time buyers are screwed , even houses in Barrie are getting pricey

If Canada had a fast railway system that could take you from downtown London to downtown Toronto in a hour and a half it would be lit


You could sell your house and buy 2 or 3 houses down the road in London.

YOu could buy 2 and have cash left over lol

If Canada had a fast railway system that could take you from downtown London to downtown Toronto in a hour and a half it would be lit

It's mostly jobs in finance and healthcare over there. Its' also a growing mobile gaming company hub because of the cheaper realestate.
If you're in healthcare, finance, or mobile gaming you're ok.

btw..there's black people there, it's not like New Market.
ton of arab and hispanic(Cubans and Dominicans)
