I grew up in Castlemore and there were a lot of Black families there. Around 2004 the few Portuguese and Italian families left and were replaced by Indians. Lawns were a disaster, house to sidewalk smelled of curry.

When white people leave, that's when you leave.

You gotta leave before the white people cuz if you wait till they leave your proper alien drops. You're right though, the new immigrants don't take care of the house. Reminds me of a neighbor few houses down from my mom. Previous owners renovated the house, landscaping was on point true pride of ownership. Sold the house to Chinese buyers, took just a few months for them to ruin the house. Weeds growing everywhere. Paint peeling, just an eyesore. But the cars in the driveway were on point (Benz Beemer).

Why y'all think people are so pissed with the housing crisis. White people see the writing on the wall. Too many minorities buying up cribs and pushing white people out.

Milton is crazy to me, that place got flooded quickly. 7 years ago it wasn't how it is now.

I remember I was on the Lakeshore East last year and two white women were saying they have to move because they are taking over Whitby and Ajax. She goes on to say while people look at her, "my husband is Pakistani, it's okay, but it's not."

Ajax has been the black spot for a while now, good for them out there.

Seems like Hamilton is the kryptonite to any ethnic group trying to take over.

Hamilton has a lot of structural problems and there are too many traps for kids, especially in the inner city. Oshawa does as well but that's a suburb of Toronto now and it's contained to a few areas. Milton has 401 access, and I only wonder if Guelph and Kitchener weren't about 40-50 minutes farther would they fill it up too. There has been a huge uptick of asians out east good catch on that. I wondered when that was going to happen because they had the GO train long before any of these other places. I think Newmarket has next.

Some come from backgrounds where they probably never had a lawn in the first place. Others don't see any value in spending money on upkeeping the lawn.

Pride of home ownership does not extend to actually maintaining it.

say what you will about indians but they have nothing on the chinese in terms of cheating the canadian government/public. i grew up at bayview and steeles and so many chinese families there had one or both parents working in china/hong kong paying ZERO income tax in canada. but their kids get to attend public school for free and university for the low, and if grandma and grandpa got sick they got free healthcare meanwhile, public housing buildings are crumbling across the city and schools are closing... a house close to mine recently got bought for around two million () just to end up as a rooming house for like ten of their people. shyt's a disgrace. every government since the 80s has been selling canada out to foreigners and i'm sure things will only get worse under this weak willed fakkit trudeau.

The biggest strength of asians is their subtility/discretion/perceived harmlessless.

They look unoffensive, harmless and they seem to mind their business. They have pale skin like cacs and are perceived as the model minority, helping canadian economy and not doing crime. They aint loud and easily noticeable as nikkas Any wealth accumulated by them will be perceived as legally and honestly obtained.
