May be buying a pre construction condo in Mississauga only place I found where I can get a one BDRM for like 200k
Imagine paying 2000 in rent for a 1bdrm?
Or be stuck with like a 5000 a month mortgage
Being single making 60-70k, after that 2000 rent that's half your take home pay without even counting pension, health, dental, etc

Brampton, Etobicoke, and East-Toronto is much cheaper.

I work downtown and would love to live near there takes me like a hour to get home..
One of my co-workers makes like 75k lives downtown and she always jokes that all of her money goes to her rent n food, she pays like 2,300 for a one bedrm
