This is a good point to be honest. If they did a crime/safety analysis based on race, Toronto and other major cities would be much less safer for black men unfortunately
The crime is very concentrated on a small population.Look at these photos

There were more shootings and homicides in the 90s and 00s then right now....Toronto still has much less crime and homcides than cities its size.
I read 2 per 100k people,go look at how that compares to most major US cities with populations much smaller....People overreact to the shootings that happen here,and you hate to see young brehs lose there life but its still very safe relatively speaking
The only difference is now your getting alot of shootings outside the city,that never used to happen....
