Like these homes (Brampton, Ajax and Whitby) would be a 800-a mill in your area but look at the big ass price diff

Anyone know why prices in Brampton and Sauga are so diff? They right beside each other

Yeah people move to Halton. My parents have lived in oakville since 1994 b. As for the drop off. I can't really explain it. Ajax/Whitby should be just as expensive as Oakville but it's cheaper. Brampton I want to say lack of frequent go train service but they get the GO buses. You could also say race but the same blacks and punjabis live in Mississauga and Burlington without issue.

its all good, im paying 800 a month for car insurance and it expires in april before it goes down by 200 a month so im just sacrificing for the next month :sadcam:
