Cool, I'm thinking next friday or saturday or the week after then @Yup what about you?I got a broken ankle and I'm in a cast until Thursday but after that I can finally move freely. I work mon-fri as well from 7am-4pm.

come from jamaica or africa, live in metro housing, get a job pay like 200 a month in rent, and stay there for years and save save save. Buy a little townhouse in ajax, malvern, or brampton rinse and repeat.

@Emperor_ReinScarf Kid that got stabbed at and Oshawa high school 2 years ago, I knew his dad, he was black and grew up at Jane/Sheppard. Durham should be nice but people seems to think the GTA ends at Pickering.

Yup Yup, my parents waited it out and moved to oakville but not surprising. Durham have the GO train though.
when you think of it us has places and cities that are majority blacks but
1/3rd of all blacks in canada live in toronto, 57% of Black Canadians live in the province of Ontario, 97% of Black Canadians live in urban areas
you could put every black person in canada in toronto and we'd still only be like 25%
its crazy to think of it, besides montreal and quebec, every other province that has black folks you can fit in a local cfl stadium
alberta has 74,000 black folks can fit in commonwealth
bc has 33,000 black folks can fit in bc place
nova scotia has 20k can fit in a hockey arena
manitoba has 20k can fit in a hockey arena
sask has 7,000
nwe brunsiwck has 4,000
newfoundland has 1,000

i went from scarborough bladdt, to thornhill amongst jews and now woodbridge
last two places barely any nuccaz, in thornhill most of all the black folks lived around glen shields as there is a co op there (andrew wiggins lived around there, not the co op though)
in woodbridge there are a few black people here and there
@Emperor_ReinScarf but its just numbers it is how you utilize these number or else minorities in black countries would nit have the influence and monopoly that they do.

Anyway...I was thinking with all the new development going around city I foresee toronto being what new york was 30 or more years ago. And that this is the best time to invest around the city and reap the benefits later.
