never been to montreal so can't compare

vancouver is not really that more expensive than toronto, buying a house yes, but rent and say food is comparable, transit is cheaper, gas is more expensive

That sounds proper. I only knew about the houses being expensive so it's good to know that rent and everything else is pretty comparable. It has been awhile since I reached Montreal but last time it was :blessed:In the summer the streets be overflowing with woman, better looking then what I see in Toronto on the average day downtown. The clubs were pretty good but that was years ago not sure about now. But everyone there will try to speak to you in French first, and some will try to be persistent with it until you got to hit them with the :dwillhuh::manny: and then they'll speak in English...Man I wish I had to university there instead their tuition fees :ohlawd:

i've always heard montreal has the hottest women in canada :noah:, hotels are expensive to in vancouver but rent is like teh same like 750-1000 for a basement apartment, studio bacherlors around the same price, 1 and 2 bdrms a little more etc. I was surprised myself, housing is :kony: like even shacks are worth a million.

everything in montreal is cheaper, folks paying like 50 a month for car insurance, cheap daycare and tuition etc.

toronto you'll be lucky to pay like 300 for car insurance a month, etc.

I would say depending on what you like then Montreal could get the nod...They have every type of women you can think of background wise...But predominantly what I saw were fit brunette french girls, not curvy but tight and fit, Saint Catherine Street day or night is :noah:.....All those services and products they get for cheap is coming out of Ontario's taxes and going to them, were helping those fnenchman eat :snoop:...And yet the students in Quebec want even lower tuition :pacspit:....Yeah car insurance is terrible here, I use to sell it :deadmanny: , home and auto, that's why I stay an occasional on my policy I dont need the car for work, commuting by transit works better, pay less overall while still have the car for non-work related use, if I went on my own as a primary that shyt would jump $100 a month:camby:

Car insurance would have been in the bushes at those rates, happened to one of boys, the high risk driver status, he had to do six months i think. That's messed up though, one at-fault accident and you had to go to the high risk department? Thats cold as hell, usually that's for people that are a serious danger

I'm getting fleeced, $300/month primary
Damn, that is a lot, even when I was working as a broker I couldn't really tell the customer too much about how their premium is generated other then the general stuff...So you know it depends on the amount of accidents, and types of accidents in the area you live and how that measures up against other areas, depends on the vehicle you drive make model etc and how many accidents and types of accidents that specific model (same VIN #) has had in the last few years. Those risk factors are then applied to a formula created by actuaries which I never saw in my life and the computer generates the numbers...The only thing I could do to try to help people out was refer them to this pdf (green is good, yellow is okay, red is bad)
http://www.ibc.ca/en/Car_Insurance/documents/hcmu/2013/HCMU_E_2013.pdf
which lists the risk for specific coverages against a variety of cars....and that if you live in brampton you are screwed rates wise.

I was thinking of relocating my "address"

Lots of people do that, of course I would advise against it, but everyone knows it goes on. Is your car ever atleast say parked at this location for multiple days?
