No evidence called, Ghomeshi didn't testify (as was his right), the entire case relied on the testimony of the complainants, and when there is inconsistencies or blatant attempts to be less than transparent, that can be damaging to their credibility, and no sensible judge, in light of a high reasonable doubt standard, would convict the accused in light of those credibility issues
