Yeah, thats somewhere I'm checking out (Heartland). Mavis/Eglinton cribs are going quick.

Area is really congested now, lots of traffic. They recently finished widening Mavis from 4 to 6 lanes, but still busy. Just opened up a massive Lowes on Mavis/Bristol too. Heartland is always busy. But I love the area, everything is close by, just need patience to get where you need to go
