If Roy McMurtry was still around that Nikka wouldd have been locked up

This has nothing to do with their lawyers being connected, if anything, their lawyers aren't even all that. The amount of work they had was asscheeks lol.

Section 7 of the Charter states "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice."

Whereas Section 8 of the Charter states "Everyone has the right to be secure against unreasonable search or seizure".

People get stopped for racial profiling on a DAILY BASIS. Deep down inside they stopped you cause you're a young black cat driving a beamer who's record show's you've been arrested for a gun before. That's not a reason to stop you.

However, these cops who testify on the stand are much better now than before. They'll lie and make up some shyt like "he made an illegal turn and when I approached the vehicle it reeked of marijuana so it gave us grounds to search the vehicle" or "I observed a the driver make a hand to hand exchange with an unknown male through the car window that lasted seconds. An amount of money was exchanged"

Lawyers will usually attacks the cops on how they fabricated that. Then it's up to the judge to decide.

There's nothing precedent setting in this case at all. Drugs, guns, etc get excluded all the time. Except in this case, it was blatantly obvious the cop was stupid that's why it made the news. He literally said "I thought she was an escort and he was her pimp because it was an interracial couple and they were leaving a motel known to prostitution". That's retarded. I bet even his colleagues are looking at him like :stopitslime:"Really fukkhead, you couldn't think of saying some shyt like he bytchslapped her and you had reason to stop them".

The most conservative judge would have excluded the evidence in this case.

Canada is dying and this is what happens when you elect a kindergarten teacher.

A30 billion dollar deficit, stuffing can business, giving away billions and billions, trade defects, sagging dollar, wasting tax dollars on nanny's and trips to Washington .

Canada is s joke

We are going to have a rough ending this year. When reality hits these fools, it's gonna hit hard. But then again, most Trudeau supporters don't work so nothing changes for them.

I highly doubt we will rebound next quarter. I'm pulling money out the market next week, i think a recession will hit sometime soon.

Money out the stock market? What do you think is going to happen with the real estate market in the GTA?

I feel we are going to hit a recession. For the past year retail has been struggling with many store closings. Now unemployment is rising, it's much worse than what is being reported. I'm pulling out, waiting for things to tank, then buying gold.

The future of GTA real estate market? We have professionals talking about a housing bubble for the past 15 years. What bubble? Every year we have record breaking numbers. I don't want to offend anyone, so I'll skip my personal opinion and just say The price is the price. Business will continue as usual and these "analyst" will continue to bullshyt us.

real estate in toronto will continue to rise, 100,000 new immigrants come to toronto every year, now that teh foreign tax of 15% is in vancouver, chinese will look to plant their money in toronto.

Trudeau just sits and waits and does nothing, only moving the interest rate to like 4% will housing start to plummet and the government doesn't have the cojenas to do that.

look at alberta that may be the rest of canada soon, high unemployment and housing prices at 1996 levels

Shhh, your not allowed to blame immigrants. They are just innocent docile people that are just looking for an honest opportunity. :troll:

Vancouver has exposed what's really going on. It's foreign purchases inflating prices. A matter of fact, they are already plotting on us as we speak.
Chinese Media Warns Canada's Housing Crash Will Put U.S. To Shame

Toronto will be no different, maybe worse. I can't put blame on Trudeau, but I'm 100% sure he's not the guy to guide Canada.

Vast majority of jobs lost have been in oil sector. Alberta had the highest rate of job losses out of any province this year. What does the oil price decline have to do with Trudeau? You think a Harper-led government would not experience the same job losses? What, he would've reversed global oil prices :mjlol: ? B-b-but 30 k Syrian refugees destroyed our economy.

Here comes a liberal douche.

Trudeau has been in office for almost a year now. How much longer are you going to make excuses?
