Job I’ve seen brehs with dreads etc

But yeah it’s crazy there is such a big gap from the haves and haves nots

I know plenty of Black people working jobs that don't require professional attire. Offices like Nike Headquarters downtown are full of brothers and you wouldn't know what they do by their wardrobe... they are getting paid.

nikkaz choose to work in professions where they don't have to conform to western norms and more power to them. that whole wearing a suit thing being the mark of success is bullshyt.

You will never catch me dressed "professionally" ever again and my pockets aren't hurting for it :heh:

The lawyer who has been keeping these illegal dispensaries open is an older brother who rocks dreads, hasn't stopped him from being a top professional. I have respect for brothers that don't conform :manny:

Yup. I wear tshirts and jeans to work. Summer I wear shorts. Some guys wear hats. The joys of working for a young, tech firm.

My mom hates it but I don't give a fukk.
