There wasn't any covid deaths today which is good. But I don't agree with pushing into phase 3 too early, cuz then fall numbers will be really high.

I don't want Ontario to be like Florida.

Also: obviously a vaccine is in the works but I think it's going to come a lot earlier then anticipated.

I wonder what's gonna happen once a vaccine is out. There is probably gonna be so many laws especially in Ontario that will prevent ppl from flying, travelling, or doing anything without a vaccine.

I mean, as long as they mandate masks indoors and don't allow large gatherings I don't see a problem. I also wouldn't be upset if they pushed back phase 3 by another 2-4 weeks.

Those should all be closed until a vaccine.

Apparently it’s funny because my homie asked me if I wanted to go to Montreal on August 3rd because bars and clubs are open. I was like nikka I ain’t reaching to no club with no fukking mask on. This nikka is dying to party and I was like you have two older parents you going to risk it for them. He was like you only live once and covid is all over the place. If they catch it hopefully they get immune to it. I’m like nikka Clubbing or going to a bar is going to be a complete shyt show until they get a vaccine. I’m not ready for loud music and chicks breathing in my face to talk to risk my life. This is a dead year and I’ve contributed the rest of the year into learning some IT shyt.

YEP.

My grade 8 math/science teacher condescendingly told me that I should take all applied courses. I said no.

My grade 9 teacher recommended I switch to applied math I said no.

My grade 11 teachers recommended I switch to college English, math and science after bullshyt tests in September I said no.


& I just graduated from University a couple of weeks ago, I don't know where I would be if I let those cacs discourage me.

Majority of the time I was the ONLY black girl in my academic/uni level classes in grade school. The Canadian education system low-key discourages young black kids instead of helping them.

I am very curious as to how covid Will play out in the fall? Are people gonna just forget about it? Is there gonna be a second wave? Are we gonna have zero cases (I hope so)
