barbers and salons in Toronto specifically have been closed SINCE november and still don't have concrete opening dates.

they need to sue the Ontario government. they have organizations for hair professionals. because of the rotating regional shyt Toronto businesses got it the worst. people paying rent that whole time need some restitution.
