You need 4,400 for first and last and fighting with tons of other people with better credit higher paying jobs etc.
They pay $1100 for a 3 bedroom, corner lot house in in Sutton with a basement. They've been there before 404 even went to Greenlane. Now that they're building up there, and expanding the highway, houses are now worth close to a million. Their landlady is over 80, and its only a matter of time before she sells or passes away and her kids sell. I'm trying to tell my pops to shore $5000 away, but my guy loves his car and PS5. Its going to be a hard day when they get that call.
Edit : My step mom doesn't work, and my dad is like 2 years from retirement age.
