man, Lococity coulda been the one to break out from the whole scene

Pressa had a spark but that flame went out fast

Lococity was the one. I'm convinced
In terms of consistency, quality and possible longevity I got my money on Moula 1st.

I want to take a vacation to Canada one day. Toronto or Vancouver?

  • nice places
  • good scenery
  • interesting things to see
  • best beaches
  • better food
  • baddest asian women
I'm almost two weeks late, but Vancouver checks pretty much everything on that list over Toronto.

Your last point is up for debate, lol. When I visited Toronto, I saw some fine Asian women, but Vancouver does have a much higher percentage of Asians. So I guess just based on numbers, there'll be finer Asian women, but I could be wrong (I've never been to Vancouver).

Here in NYC, Asian women are mostly mid, but you'll find a dime here and there.

That Kleinburg fire that destroyed those new homes under construction

1000% arson, insurance job

I drive by there every day on the way to drop my kid off at school

Starting at 2.5 million pre construction prices for cookie cutter homes :mjlol:

yup
I could see the fire from my crib. Wouldn't be surprised if it was someone who bought with the intention to flip but now with high interest rates would have been SOL and this is a easy way to get out of it :heh:

Wifey and I are already planning for what our next 5-10 years will be.

Laying groundwork for a move down south. I have a cousin (engineer) who sold his crib and moved to Florida during COVID, wife and 3 young kids. 3 years later he's like yeah im going back home (Abu Dhabi) ✌️

That boy is fearless and super adaptable. I hate moving so there's that :mjlol:
