You seen that report on CBC from a few years back with all the Quebec and Ontario cars in Ghanian dealerships? I keep my car in the garage most days.
It's the easiest crime and most of these syndicates have yutes under 18 doing it so even if they are caught just a slap on the wrist.
You see anytime a carjacker or one of those jewelry store heist guys r caught they were on probation or out on bail
