Had to drive to the Queensway Ikea last night to pick up a futon for the inlaws that will be staying over tonight. Stretch along the gardiner around St. Joseph's Hospital/Lakeshore and Windmere looked like an apocalypse. Completely blacked out.
brehs whats a good rich spot to live in brampton?:
Dont do it your better off in Vaughn or Sauga or a nice area in Etobicoke like royal york or off bloor and bathurst

Reincar Brampton does not have rich areas per se, but the north Brampton area is very nice. The older parts of Brampton not so much.
a house just sold on my street for 1.2 milly and its smaller than mine.
Only a mortgage of 100k left on my house and i get half of the proceeds
, but I wouldn't be able to buy back in woodbridge with that type of dough

I bet you don't have more then 500k right? Those are cheap in Toronto. The house that cost less are even worse.
