He's a black male charged in America. Evidence means nothing.

The evidence clearly shows he did it.

- He bribed and Kelsey and Meg. Kelsey admitted this in court and lowkey admitted he paid for her lawyer.
- Witness said he was shooting and shot four or five times.
- Meg said he was the shooter.
- Kelsey plead the fifth for everything EXCEPT that she shot him and bribed him.
- Kelsey sent a text “Tory shot Meg.”
- Tory texted and called to apologize to Megan, Kelsey and the bodyguard

The jurors actually heard voices and saw body language and emotions.

He has an easy appeal imo. Especially considering the jury used the recanted september interview (it should have never been allowed as evidence)
