Judge is gonna throw this shyt out cause none of it is making sense. Kelsey and Meg both denied that a fight happened between them, on top of the fact that Kelsey needs a Blacklist immunity deal like Red Reddington. Tory supposedly fired 5 shots in the air, however witness said he seen Kelsey with the gun first.
Witness all over the place. Claims the girl Shot into the car, which we know didn’t happen.

Tory gone have to testify, enough is enough. If it was just a fight struggle over the gun he loses nothing by testifying to that. As it stands seems like this can go either way. Probably depends on how much sympathy the Jury has for meg and her story right now.

So basically he's saying kelsey shot meg and then tory fired off the rest of the rounds in the air and then he and the driver beat up kelsey and everybody got back in the car.

This story doesn’t make sense with what he just said. He said he saw what he believes was Kelsey firing into the car, not at Meg. I don’t know what the defense was thinking calling this witness.
