what are you dahelling? first of all lawler isnt the best he is just being promoted as such cuz hes heavily favored by ufc brass.

& as for brown much like the time he faced DYK eyes were open to where he was at as a fighter, he had some traction behind him after that then got exposed by ricardo almieda, he shed that defeat with this 7 fight win streak and peeps thought he was on the cusp.But again he failed to jump over the hurdle, he'll never be a legit title contender only a patsy whose number gets called when they've run out of real contenders

While I don't see Brown becoming a a title holder or even a #1 contender, he still proved that he can hang with the best. You're using a fight from almost 6 years ago as an example He just lost a fairly competitive fight to the second best fighter in the division and your first reaction is he's a gatekeeper?
