No, if you have the xbox music app on your windows 8 PC, you can choose to sync your music, and when you get on your xbox it is all there.

Hell yeah he balled the fukk out. I spent around that much for the ps4 and x1 launch combined plus 5 games(ps4). Granted three games were in the b1g1 and the other two I got for 5 bucks at BB. I probably won't buy anything for the one until I get through all of them.
