Not only is such a "CAC" mentality, it's a new CAC mentality. It ain't been around that long relatively. It's only been around since the crest of the Industrial Revolution.

There are people (of any race) still alive who are from the era where most people married real young and had more kids than the "nuclear" family people try to call "normal" now...and this was during the eras where nobody had "economic safety"...
