That’s exactly what Kevin said. He even said that the danger zone for a woman starts at 27, and after 35 ( if she gets pregnant ) her pregnancy would be termed a geriatric pregnancy. I think OP point is that if a woman isn’t engaged or married by 24, it’s a red flag.

Yeah a 24 y.o. girl is full of life and energy and she's trying new things while trying to be out on her own but the difference between a 25 y.o. woman and a 30 y.o. woman is when she older is she knows a more about who she is in life and so dramatic changes in behavior aint gonna be there like that. She already know if she does or doesn't like cooking so one day she aint just gon stop cause she don't like doing it. She knows whether or not she likes traveling and what type of traveling she likes to do. She been through the phases of life already and not just the party phase but a lot of phases in determining who she's going to be for the majority of her life.
These cats don't actually talk to and spend time around women enough to know that tho
