I mean those who are fortunate enough to have parents that can send them to a college-prep/private school where additionally they take up honors classes, do extracurriculars, etc. They get set up to enter a top-quality college right out of high school. At those universities they may meet other people (possibly as ambitious and possibly with connections) to form a relationship with from the time they're 18-20.
Now not everyone walks out of those colleges with the love of their life nor meet a similar-minded individual. Additionally, going to a great school does not guarantee success down the road (it also depends on major for example).
However, many times if both conditions are met in college they have a good chance of being a high-functioning, high-achieving couple and have their finances, house, kids, etc. all in order by the time they're 30 to get that next generation ready.
People like that really are trained not to waste time. Many times they know what they want early af: like what they want to be when they grow up, what house, etc.
They have a level of focus and discipline not many people can relate to because they were literally trained from the start to be professional, have dedication to their spouse and grow up to be a role model for their children. Then they pass those values onto their kids.
You get a doctor and a nuclear physicist meeting and falling in love at their Ivy League college and chances are they're going to have their p's and q's lined up shortly after graduating. At the end of the day, many employers/companies will throw money at both husband and wife when they see that they are Caltech graduates so they can get a high quality of living jumpstarted early af.
