Mystikal-The Man Right Chea

That joint was the first that made me want a whole album. Before, I was just fukking with whatever I could record off the radio or came across from friends. I begged my mom for this cd for my 12th bday. She was in and out of my life when I was a kid so the fact that she actually came through was a big ass deal.

I still remember putting it in my cd player "whassup nikkas and bytches? its the muthafukkin kizzernal, Master P... :blessed:stayed up all night with it on repeat

:mjcry:childhood

edit:cant get that bytch to embed from youtube. i tried 5 or 6 different ones and all that

It's funny that you dropped this cause it straight contradicts what you saying in my thread.

No, it doesn't since the image he presented was of some ol' college professor.

That's one of the main reasons I know that words have several meanings now while you.....don't.

Try harder.....:sas2:

Don't know if I can pinpoint 1 song, but this is what I remember playing on my radio at home and I'd record these songs on my pops 8-track tape deck.

Throw in some Whodini - Freaks Come out at Night and Sir-Mix-A-lot's Square dance which I loved as a kid.:mjlol:

Square Dance Rap was the shyt though!

Even this goofy ass shyt was dope back then

I came up during the Bad Boy era, right after Biggie died in 97. No Way Out was the first classic to me, still is to this day. But i remember liking Hip Hop Hooray alot when I was probably 6 years old

Dope thread :obama:

Obviously grew up listening to radio shyt like everyone else back in the day.

The one that flipped the light switch for me in 93 was

I was visiting family in Queens when someone left a box of Columbia Records sampler cassettes on my aunt and uncle's doorstep. My cousin gave me one of them to bump in my walkman. 'Halftime' was the first song on the second side, I think. This was back when it was only on the 'Zebrahead' soundtrack.:wow:
