Lets he real, the majority of people playing games aren't gonna be walking slow and searching for useless shyt. Its not as if the trinkets are for upgrades or are particularly interesting/fun to find. There is no real "exploration" or puzzles, to extend the playtime. Its just a matter of people walking down the same corridor a bit slower just so they can say the game is longer.

I don't doubt this game is gonna be good and I'll have a lot of fun playing it just to experience but I really don't want to spend $69.99 just to play it for 8 hours once and that's it.

Don't really care for multilayer and the devs really did take their time to create a playable game that will not require day 1 patch. I appreciate that but they should have really put more thought into making a game that's at least 15 hours play time.

Just accept that the game is gonna be a short experience, it doesn't mean that the game is gonna be bad.

Hell Max Payne 2 is one of my favorite games of all time and it was only 6 hours long. Not to mention the numerous games from the 8/16 bit era could be beaten in a afternoon. Who knows maybe The Order will be someone's favorite game of all time despite that it's 5 to 6 hours long with the majority of it's time being used for cutscenes.
